Thank you JensenTaster for letting us have the first RB tasting of this promising new brewery. Cloudy amber with a big and lasting off-white head. Malt, caramel and toffee in the nose. Sweetish malty flavour, a little chocolate and a complex sweet finish. Excellent doppelbock!

Unclear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, fruity, moderate hoppy, anis notes. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (130608)

Jul 14, 2008 Bottle. Pours hazy amber with a brownish head. Aroma is sweet like ryebread. Still ryebred in the flavour, but not as much as in the aroma.

Jun 27, 2008 Bottle. Hazy amber colour with a medium off white head. Rich arom and taste of caramel and fruits with a sweetish finish. Over carbonated.

Sweet flavour of caramel, dried fruits and tobacco with notes of alcohol and rye bread.

Jun 14, 2008 (Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of Myrup. Hazy amber golden with a creamy off-white head. Aroma of roasted malt. Solid and malty body. Roasted malt and burned caramel accents - some fruity notes and some Danish Rye Bread.. The finish is dry. Not really a Doppelbock, but not bad. 130608
