ChristianScheffel (2000), Odense, Denmark Apr 29, 2008 Thank you JensenTaster for letting us have the first RB tasting of this promising new brewery. Slightly cloudy golden with a small white head. Pilsner malt and German hops in the classic aroma. (Too) sweet with some herbal hop flavour.
yespr (5406), Copenhagen O, Denmark Jun 24, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a lag white head. Light spiced cardboardish malt aroma. Flavour is mild milky and of cardboard. Light spiced finish with too much yeast flavours. Grovlam (2904), Copenhagen, Denmark Jun 21, 2008 Bottle. [After party @ Papsoe, thanks buddy] Average fizzy white head that mostly diminished. Spare lacework. Light cloudy golden color. Aroma of sweet fruity and malty notes. Mild dusty grainy feel as well. Over the palate came nice toasted smooth malt. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and light dry texture. Moderated sweet flavor with light bitter notes. Sweet floral like finish. 6 / 3 / 6 / 3 / 12 fiulijn (5650), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy Jun 20, 2008 Cloudy light amber color. Both aroma and flavor carry a hay and yeast character, breadish too; it has a sweetish flavor too. Rather unprofessional. caesar (2439), Zeist, Netherlands May 21, 2008 Bottle @ thewolf-and-his-flock-of-sheep tasting session. Clear amber color, short frothy lacing. Very buttery aroma, bit floral, soft blanket of sweetness. Slight bitter taste, and quite sweet as well. skortila (2351), Bunnik, Netherlands May 19, 2008 Bottled. Tasting @ Kolding Bryglaug. Aroma has grassy hops and sugar. Clear, golden coloured with a thin, white head. Taste is very (too) sweet, grassy, bit herbal with some caramel malts.
