Bottle. Bright yellow/gold with a small head. Aromas are grain and sugar with hints of citrus. Some metal. Flavours are buttery with sweet grain. Also has lemon, sugar and corn. Has an unpleasant "smoothness".

Bottle. Gold with thin white hea.d After long cycle ride, this was refreshing to start with and then got worse. Not a good lager. Odd flavours. Poor.

Bottle. As is usual in a curry house I just order a beer you get a pint of kingfisher/cobra/whatever they serve. Whilst supping said pint I see bottles of an unfamiliar beer being conveyed to other thirsty patrons. After finishing my first as quickly as possible (without appearing like too much of your typical lager swilling curry munching lout) I order one of those Gurkha beers. Whilst not perhaps worthy of getting as excited about as I did it was quite passable to wash down my curry. More sweet fruity flavours than is normal with many lagers. Hops dont play too much of a part.

Bottled. Pours a clear golden, with a thin white head. Aroma is slightly malty, and just a litle hoppy. Taste is slightly hoppy and malty

Bottle. Golden colour with very slim white head. Aroma is barnyardy and fruity. Taste is grainy and malty. Light bodied, dry finish. Not too bad I suppose.

Weak nose some hops. Yellow body, small white head. Quite flavorless. Quite funny name, rhymes on a certain type of clothing...

(Bottle 66 cl) UK version brewed by Hepworth in Horsham. Nice pilsener golden with a delicious, creamy head. Exotic, fruity nose - banana?? Very light-bodied with almost no bitterness. Slightly sweet and actually incredibly delicate and fresh. 170705
