Peach-yellow hazy appearance with a delicious white head. Light banana and buttery fermented wheat aroma with some cider-feeling perfume. Light body with lemony acidity, apple taste, no bitterness. Sourish cider aftertaste.

Hazy orange color, small white head. Papery wheaty aroma. Some banana, papery flavors. Medium-bodied. A bit too simple, but certainly interesting Turkish wheat beer. To be rerated from freshier sample.

Aug 28, 2008 Bottled. An unclear dark orange beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet wheaty with strong notes of fruit between them light notes of banana. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, wheat, and banana - the fruit note is somewhat artificial, leading to a dry wheaty and artificially sweet finish.

Aug 24, 2008 Bottled (thanks omhper!). Hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is wheat, some spices and fruits. Flavour is wheat, fruits and some yeast. Mildly acidic too.

Jul 26, 2008 Very nice and unexpected from a turkish beer. Aroma has fine notes of wheat and some fruits. Flavor is sweet wheaty and contains some sour notes aswell.
