Bottle: Almost hazy, greenish-golden, small persistent white foam; juicy grainy and sweet malty nose; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied, soft MF; lingering honeyish-malty and grainy finish with a faint illusion of hyish hops. Superbly crafted Helles.....

Jul 13, 2009 (bottle) Clear, yellow colour with a thick foamy white head. Sweet and slightly grainy aroma with a touch of sour dough and spicy herbal hops in the background. Sweet and faint bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate, slightly crispy carbonation. Pale malt-character with doughy and grainy elements, rounded up with present herbal hops; mildly bitter hoppy finish. Unspectacular, but also classical Bavarian Helles (13.VII.09).

Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, light hoppy, moderate yeasty.
