fonefan (4884), Ulfborg, Denmark May 8, 2008 Bottle. Hazy medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, light to moderate yeasty, gum, light banana. Flavor is light to moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. (310308) MiP (6029), Flensburg, Germany May 4, 2008 Bottle, 3.1%. Hazy orange colour. Small white head. The flavour is quite light, has more of an isotonic feel to it than a flavour. A little wheat note, and a quite watery finish. Not among the best light wheat beers. joss (3144), Garching b. München, Germany Mar 23, 2008 Bottle, thanks MIP. Murky yellow, white head. Neutral nose. Clove and cardemmom, light dry body, a hint medicinal notes. Ok as hangover cure, but not much else. Papsoe (10493), Frederiksberg, Denmark Nov 19, 2006 (Bottle 50 cl) Hazy, pale golden with a small, creamy, white head leaving laces. Pure aroma of yeast. Light body with a distinct citric tartness. Ends fairly dry. Not a bad beer considering I’m not a great fan of lighr Hefes. 121106 Ungstrup (11378), Frederiksberg, Denmark Nov 12, 2006 An unclear orange beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma is sweet wheaty - with a light fruity orange note. The flavor is sweet wheaty - but in a light way, since the body is very thin. The end is wheaty bitter and it has a light note of banana and oranges.
