Polycask at Oxford Beer Festival 16-10-09 Pours a very hazy yellow, difficult to see through. The nose is very rustic with perhaps a touch of sulphour. Taste is quite lovely, very appley more medium than dry, nice sweet apples, good bite, some tannins, feels thick in the mouth almost a little chewy. Possibly my favourite beverage of the evening. A7 A3 F6 P4 Ov13 3.7
