[From a barrel at GBBF 2005] A hazy orange cider with no head. The aroma is sweet yeasty and apply. While the flavor is a boring applejuice flavor combined with notes of alcohol.

Bag in a box at 2nd Thanet Cider and Perry festival, Churchill Tavern, Ramsgate. I love ciders that make your shudder, great funk, plastic, tannin, medicinal TCP. Good. Love the band aid

Lightly sour apples, a bit minimal. Taste is also lacking something, theres hints of cooking apples. Very drinkable though.

Cask… Cloudy golden cider with no head. The aroma is a bit funky; certainly appley - red delicious. Light to medium-bodied and astringent with a rumor of carbonation. Sweet, sugary and appley with only a hint of acidity in the flavor and finish.

From the barrel at GBBF, August 2005. I guess my taste is for the more difficult, uncompromising ciders as I found this a bit sweet and soft for my taste. Orange colour. Light farmyard aroma. Plenty of fruit n the palate, but could do with a bit more tannic attack. So I found the mouthfeel a bit too mellow for my liking. That’s not to say its not a pleasant drink, just not particularly challenging..

Cask conditioned - handpump - Malt Shovel Northampton. Quite possibly the ugliest looking drink that’s passed my lips since becoming active here. A really ugly dirty olive green colour. Completely still looking. The aroma is very sweet apple. The taste is also very sweet with apples and tons of demerera sugar. A bit ugly in most ways really.

Musky, honeyed apples, soy and brown sugar in the nose. Opaque yellow-tan coloured body is still. Sweet and spicy cinammon and apple flavour with some notes of ginger. Medium body is quite dry. Sampled from the barrel at GBBF 2005.
