Feb 11, 2008 500ml bottle at Battersea BF 08. Pale gold, cloudy, thin beige head. Banana cereal deepish aroma. A little over carbonated. But the mouthfell is pretty deep, good banana sweetness, like dried banana. Nice deep wide satisfying weisse. Good citrus flavour.

Jan 20, 2008 Bottled. A haz light golden beer with no head. The aroma is sweet malty with strong notes of wheat - and so is the flavor, though combined with a note of citrus.

Jan 19, 2008 Bottle. Looks like heavily carbonated unfiltered apple juice, including the missing head. Has some apple notes as well in addition to clove and pineapple. Solid enough body with a mellow sparkly mouthfeel. finishes on a somewhat sour apple and metallic yeast note.
