Commercial Description:
This beer is our version of a strong palish Belgian Saison. We have chosen to give this beer a pale and light profile and let the yeast display its full spicy flavors. We have also added some coriander for more complexity. This will develop some tartness given the time.

Bottle. The pour is golden yellow and slightly hazy. A mediums-sized white head leaves some lacings. The smell is of sweet fruits, fresh spices, malts and yeast. A hint of alcohol in the nose as well. The taste is somewhat sweet at first but quickly turns quite bitter and spicy in the finish. Notes of sweet fruits and citrus, yeast, herbs and spices. A clean crisp malty backbone. There’s notes of hops and a hint of phenolic alcohol in the finish along with the bitterness and spices. Moderate body, lively carbonation and a somewhat dry finish. Saisons are usually really refreshing and easy to drink, but I think the bitterness in this one is a bit too much. Other than that, a good beer. Bottle

It poured a hazy golden liquid with a small white foam that left a nice lacing. It had a smell of yeast and fruits. The most dominant fruits where lemon and oranges. The mouthfeel was a bit stingy but not to bad, it got smoother after a while. It had a taste of citrus, oranges, coriander and yeast. Nice beer, easy to drink and very enjoyable.

Pale golden, cloudy with a small, white head. Smell is sweetish, fruity and maybe a bit chemical with some pineapple and acetone. Taste is very fruity with notes of pineapple juice and canned corn. Some notes of bitter herbs and yeast. Quite an enjoyable saison.

Bottle. Light yellow cloudy liquid. The foam was white and large, but disappeared quickly. The aroma was both interesting and enjoyable. Spices, some banana, yeast, maybe even a dash of orange or something like that. All these aromas framed by a certain aroma of soap or detergent. Flavor was fruity and fresh. Noticeable hop bitterness. Aftertaste was dry.

Bottle (50 cl) from Systembolaget. Shady golden, medium white head. Earthy, spicy, and peppery yeast aroma, some citrus fruit in there as well along with bubblegum notes. Medium bodied, low to medium carbonation. Dry with medium bitterness.
