Commercial Description:
This beer is our version of a strong palish Belgian Saison. We have chosen to give this beer a pale and light profile and let the yeast display its full spicy flavors. We have also added some coriander for more complexity. This will develop some tartness given the time.

Fine blonde in the Belgian style. Rich taste, both sweetness, dryness and some sour tones in the finish. Their best so far?

A hazy golden beer with a foamy off-white head. Sweet hay, yeast and fruit - orange & citrus - aroma. Full and pretty complex with a candied touch. Banana notes along with yeast, wheat (!?) and lots of fruit in the flavor. Mostly sweet with a nice sourish tone. Soft, flavorfull and complex and a good summerbeer. One of the best from Haandbryggeriet!

Bottle. Golden color. Has a rather nasty aroma. Sweet fruity and yeasty body. Boring and rather ugly.

Botle. Pours a clear golden yellow with a white frothy head. Bittersweet with aromas malts and mellow hops, yeast fruits (plum and grape) Medium to light bodied. Fizzy CO2. Fruity bitter finish.

Big creamy head, cloudy dirty orange body. Lovely, firm aroma of licorice (?) with a faintly sourish tinge to it. Recognize the taste as typically Belgian, even if I struggle to describe it. Taste is likewise deep and very powerful, quite spicy, and aftertaste is likewise spicy. Paradise seeds? Probably coriander. Lots of hops in the taste, but can’t recognize what variety. Too much carbonation, unfortunately. Very good Belgian, even if slightly one-dimensional.

hazy orange colour with a dense white head. Yeasty and fruity sweet aroma with a coriander spicyness and a faint alcohol note. Malty and fruity flavor with a light spicyness and a dry light sweet finish.

Bottled: Golden coloured. Clear. Off white dense head. Very carbonated. Yeast, spice, light perfumed aroma. Flavour of fruit, orange, spice and yeast. Is quite dry and malty. Medium bodied and easy and pleasant to drink. Good one.
