| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Sep 21, 2009 500ml bottle from Centra, Colosseum Park, Oslo. Golden-amber body colour. Frothy, white foam, slowly fading. Smell of sweet fruits joined by a herbal and spicy touch. Flavour with wheat, dark spices and acidity from the yeast that works pretty well together. Dry, citric bitter to the ending. Interesting weissbier without the usual banana sweetness. Pairs very well with shrimps (shared with Finn at Elsas in Skibotn, 28.08.2009).
