Bottled. An unclear golden beer with no head. The aroma has notes of fruit and malt. The flavor is sweet malty combined with notes of peaches. The mouthfeel is very carbonated.

500ml bottle from Centra, Colosseum Park, Oslo. Golden-amber body colour. Frothy, white foam, slowly fading. Smell of sweet fruits joined by a herbal and spicy touch. Flavour with wheat, dark spices and acidity from the yeast that works pretty well together. Dry, citric bitter to the ending. Interesting weissbier without the usual banana sweetness. Pairs very well with shrimps (shared with Finn at Elsas in Skibotn, 28.08.2009).
