Sep 22, 2008 Updated: Oct 1, 2008Bottled at European Beer Festival, Copenhagen. Cloudy mustard yellow. Spicy nose with a mere touch of banana. Sweet with clean, somewhat spritzy mouthfeel. Light-medium bodied, a slight bit sharp with restrained wheat flavours. No bitterness. beers with this clean mouthfeel does not work overly well as refreshers.

Unclear hazy medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheaty, citrus, moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. (130908)

Sep 9, 2008 Bottle, 4.5%. Coriander aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Small white head. Sweetish coriander flavour, not very Bavarian? And not a lot of citrus to balance it. But I still like it. Seems to have a tiny bit of plastic, but not a problem.

Aug 31, 2008 Bottled@Chris O Post GBBF Tasting. Pale yellowish hazy colour with mediumsized creamy white head. Aroma is wheat, hops, yeast and mild notes of citrus fruits. Flavour is quite much he same, but has a bunch of spices added to it. Something between hefeweisse and witbier.
