Pours hazy yellow golden with a large frothy off-white head that staya. Good lacing. Aroma is like an old wooden closet. Apple, cask wood and cereal. Flavor is sour and sweet. Light to medium body. Oily texture with lively carbonation. It grows in the mouth. Not convincing!

330 ml draught. Yellowish amber. Cloudy. Tall white head. Spicy peppery aroma initially then notes of banana and cloves. Hops are noticeable and a little peppery. Very high carbonation level. Nice bready wheat flavours. Nicely balanced beer, and quite nice for a German hefe-weizen.

02.10.2005, 0,5l Bottle. Brygg nummer 1. Colour is orange? Aroma is hoppy and a little spicey. There was so much carbonation that I had to stir it a little to drink it.

50cl bottle from Bar & Cigar. Batch 146. It poured a pale golden colour with a medium head. The aroma smells of of malts and yeast. It has a bitter flavour that tastes of hops and barley. It has a medium aftertaste.
