Bottle. Muddy pale brown body. Beautiful and huge white creamy lasting head. Moderate sourish and fresh aroma. Flavour is quite fresh, yeasty and a tad malty. Light finish. Fine mouthfeel. (Tromsø beer festival, 15.08.07)

(Bottled) Opaque orange with a smallish head. Mild, wheaty-citric aroma with some sourness and hints of strawberry. Sour-wheaty-malty flavor with some peppery spiciness. Light to medium-bodied, sourish palate with quite low carbonation. Not very pleasant, refreshing or even interesting.

Hazy, orange-golden with a big bubbly and quickly disappearing head. the aroma is fruity, but not like the typical German weizen. the flavour is sweet, spicy and very citrussy. The finish has notes of caramel and fruit. It’s a disappointment, I had looked forward to a nice German weizen... 1736

Bottle. Batch # 30. Brewed april 06. Big fluffy, but instantly disappearing head. Cloudy, almost opaque orange/grey body. Typical Hefeweiss aroma; banana, citrus, wheat and mild spices. Also quite yeasty scents. Soft flavors of yeast, citrus and sweet fruits. Very high carbonation level. Rather light and watery palate. Short and slight acidic finish.

Hazy yellow to orange honey like coloured beer with a thick white slight off white head. Great aroma of wheat, cereals, apricot, sweet apple, honey, ripe bananas and fresh almonds. The beer has a clean and refreshing caracter, it is medium boddied and easy drinking. The taste has a nice roundness about it, it is slight yeasty, quite dry and it ends with a fine dosis of refreshing and crispy hops. really enjoyed this beer. Thanks Jeppe for bringing this one

Bottle. Hazy golden with a fast disappearing and eager head (nice sound). More alcohol and less fruit, banana, wheat and yeast than "good" wheatbeers. Also some acid and citrus in the aroma. Flavour is vaguae with a bit of fruit and malt. Too much carbonation (my notes also mention that it lacked equalizer?)
