Feb 22, 2007 (Bottle 50 cl) Slightly hazy golden with a small, white head. Discreet aroma of coriander. Fairly light body with soft, wheaty notes. Distinct flavour of coriander and citrus. Comes out extremely dry and quenching, but personally I would’ve preferred it a tad sweeter. But one of the better wits - especially for Denmark. 060207

Feb 1, 2007 Bottled. A hazy yellow beer with a fast disappearing off-white head. The aroma is sweet with light notes of coriander and oranges. The flavor is sweet with light notes of coriander and oranges, leading to a dry slightly spicy end.

Jan 30, 2007 Bottled. Yellow coloured. Unclear. Light off white head. Citric, yeasty and light wheaty aroma. Has some vague spiced notes. Flavour is herbal and fruity. Is quite dry and citric. Very light yeast notes. Medium bodied. Dry herbal end. A bit too bland for my likings, but quite refreshing nonetheless.

Jan 29, 2007 Bottled. Hazy golden coloured. Banana, yeast, citrus fruits and some spices in the aroma. Weak yeasty and fruity flavour. Light bodied. High carbonation level.
