Thanks for sharing, Mark. The body was black with and orange brown head. The aroma was pancakes and milk chocolate with some plums. The taste was milk chocolate with some light pancakes. There was also some almond character. Nicely made.

does not count  Oct 10, 2008 Exceptional looking pour with a very thick, long lasting creamy brown head that never went a way and laced the glass all the way down. Pitch black.
Full bodied and very flavorful without over-top-bitterness. Alcohol very well hidden. The wheat must make it slightly softer and smoother than typical RISs.

Oct 7, 2008 Black with a brown thick head. Rich and full bodied. good mouth feel. lots of liquorice coal a bit of dark roast coffee smokey burned malts. damn good.

Oct 6, 2008 Bottled. Black, brown head. Sweat flavour. (mild notes of wheat?). Pleasant aroma, not to firm, malty. Wheat. Salty. Anise. Lingers on to a slightly bitter, lasting finish where burnt and hoppy tones integrate. Very good.

Oct 6, 2008 Picked this up at SuperBrugsen? supermarket Denmark and consumed at home Sun 05-10-08 Pours black with brown head. This beer is quite soft in the mouth, but bitterness quite full. Not much sweetness in this at all thoguh there is some quite crude cooking chocolate in there, but this is outweighed by the coffee. Maybe I wasn’t in a drinking mood tonight as I tired of this after a while and also became a bit fed up with this breweries Dobbel Dose that I had after. Really not a bad beer, in fact fine, its just I wasn’t really in the mood for it or it just wasn’t my thing.

Oct 5, 2008 2008 Bottle - Pours black with a large tan head, aroma is sweet malt, smoke, oak, flavour is that and more...brown sugar, coffee, caramel...very drinkable and enjoyable
