Body is dark brown-red, nearly opaque. Carbonation keeps going on. If you pour in the yeast sediment you can enjoy watching yeast balls sinking, then getting caught by bubble streamers and being carried up, then being dropped at the top and starting over. (Or not, if you find yeast unappetizing. :) Aroma is yeasty, sweet, peppery, with lots of roastiness. Taste is huge, roasty, and sweet, with an aftertaste of coffee. Very good! This is a great dunkelweizen, though the weizenness of it is not exactly obvious. It’s more like a cross with a stout, really. (0.5l bottle.) KnutAlbert (3217), Oslo, Norway

Some chocolate and caramel, with some yeasty banana esters, clove as usual, refreshing, slightly tart character. kook (2034), Perth, Western Australia, Australia
