Aug 16, 2005 A muddy brown beer with no head. The aroma is sweet and dominated by caramel, but also contains some lesser notes of wheat. The flavor is wheaty combined with caramel, and is slightly roasted. The mouthfeel is very carbonated. I’ve had better Dunkelweizens, but thanks to Haandbryggeriet for supplying this to RBESG.
