Sep 9, 2009 Bottled. An unclear deep red beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is very acidic with strong notes of fruit as well as medium notes of berries. The flavor is very acidic with notes of fruit, berries, and wood. Thanks yngwie for sharing.

Oct 11, 2008 (Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of yngwie. Clear, warm amber golden with a small, rough, off-white head. Very unusual aroma of fruit, solvents and glue. Medium body, lots of sweet fruit and a very distinct sour and woody astringency. Quite thrilling. 230808

Dec 3, 2009 Bottled. Cloudy mahogany colour, small head. Acidic vinegar aroma. Tart with emdium body and rounde mouthfeel. Woodyand vinegary with sweaty bold malt. No bitterness. A very direct and appetizing aroma and flavour, but not in possession of too much depth beyond that.

Feb 2, 2009 Muddy reddish-brown. Woody, cherryish nose. Richly malty, but also somewhat balsamic. Tart, fruity with light cherry. It’s kind of fun, as an experiment, but it’s such a raw, unpolished example.

Mar 14, 2009 (50cl bottle) Cloudy cola-brown body topped by large tan head that mostly dissipates. Aroma is medium sweet, wood, sour cherry, some funk, alcohol. Taste is moderately sweet, sour cherry, some oak, funk. Light alcohol burn in the finish. Medium body, some stickiness, light acidity. One of the sweetest sours I can recall tasting.

Jan 11, 2009 Bottle at Chris o New Year tasting 08/09. Thanks to Knut Albert. Hazy russet, thin lasting beige/pink head. Glue and raspberry/cherry aroma. Lovely and sour in mouth, great flavours. Very good and just about my beer of the day.
