3rd LCRBM. Grapefruit and a hint of licorice in the aroma. Strong, oily hopbitter flavor. Loads of grapefruit. Long earthy and oily hopbitter aftertaste with blackcurrant. Raw, but very nice.

Dark murky copper-colored body, and a thick rocky head which left copious lacing. Citric aroma, with some breadiness and caramel sweetness to back it up. Dry hoppy taste, not really like yer average C-hops IPA , but with a fair dose of grapefruit and pine nonetheless. Some grainy/bready sweetness. Good balance. Too much CO2. Overall, a nice Norwegian take on IPAs.

Bottle at GBBF 2007. Hazy copper, lasting beige head. Interesting hop aroma, strong but really grapefruity. Very piney, redcurrant bush leafiness. Different, characterful. Some berries. It is rather interesting.

A Mes rate: Bottle at GBBF. Hazy mid brown with a decent off white head. Dull Belgian type aroma. Hoppy flavour with a rather obvious lack of balance. Over carbed. Not great.

Bottled - GBBF 2007. An amber coloured beer with a big whitish head. The aroma is fruity non-citric hoppy. The taste is very bitter hops but the carbonation is intrusive making the beer heavy and chewy. Very unbalanced.

Slightly disappointed by this one, they have controlled the fermentation but the taste is to tame for me. almost neutral and too much yeasttaste.
