Bottled. Hazy amber with low dissapearing white head. Fruity aroma of dried fruit with touches of floral hops. Malty flavour of sweet oranges, dried fruit, red berries and yeast. Grassy finish with a yeasty undertone of dried orabges.. Not much of an IPA IMHO, maybe a decent ESB...

Bottle 50cl at home - shared with Mette. Unclear orange - white head. Grass, citrus hop aroma, sweet malty, flowery hopped taste, citrus grape. A bit boring.

50 cl bottle at The Rover in Gothenburg, Sweden. Shady orange color, big white to tan head. Hoppy fruity scent, rather "small" though. Big hoppy fruity fresh taste. Good bitterness. Medium high mouthfeel. Yeast sediment at the bottom is cafe latte colored, smells like chocolate. Though trust, me, it’s totally undrinkable, strange bitterness that makes you crave water.

Bottle. (#4) og (#25) . Combine the best of both . Dark golden colour with off-white head. Fruity hop aroma. Sweet hoppy flavour with a hint of fruit in the flavour. Light bitter finish.

500ml bottle from Oslo City Vinmonopolet. Batch 17 (bb. Oct.2007). Hazy orange brown. Short lived head. Slightly carbonated. Intense, but short mouthfeel. Fruity with lemon, orange and yeast in flavour. Hoppy and malty flatness in a short ending. The second glass with the sediments looked like cafe latte (01042006).

500ml bottle, batch 4, bb. autumn 07. Russet colour, but rather clear body. Starts with a good white head, fully diminishing after a short while. Aromatic with tones of yeast. Crispated. Medium body. Complex bitter flavour. Notes of caramel, hops, and malt. Not a historic style of IPA, but it’s a pity that the beer has retired.

500 ml bottle. Hazy dark golden. The beer has a small fine-laced white head. Apricot and bread aromas. Smooth and soft mouthfeel. Thick hoppy aftertaste. The beer seems to have had some fermentation problems as there is this yeasty thang throughout. I also suspect that the cloudiness is yeast in suspension. That said, this is an enjoyable beer with a lot of flavour.

Bottle. Yeasty aroma hiding the nice hops. Clear copper colour. Small stable white head. Quite bitter flavour, but also sweet and fruity. Aftertaste is quite yeasty. One has to be really careful pouring this, as the bottle states, because there is a thick layer of yeast at the bottom.

Small greyish head, clear orange golden body. Dominating yeast, grain and fruit aroma with notes of orange and light spices. Mild and sweetish with a lack of hop, has a sweaty touch to it. Malt, grain and hay in the flavor, tones of yeast and citrus. Acidid finish. Hints of hop, but beeing an IPA the hop is way too vague. The yeastiness actually makes me think of this more like a blond than an IPA. Not a bad beer, just doesn’t live up to the style!
