Commercial Description:
This beer is our new X-mas beer for the coming season. Milder and less powerful roasty taste than Nissefar. More maltiness from the crystal malts and more fruity taste from lots of aroma hops, incl a hard to describe taste from our secret ingredient.

Pours a dark brown colour with a large lasting head. Roasted malt aroma. The flavour is sweet, roasted and malty with notes of hops. Smooth medium-bodied beer. Quite good.

Nissemor is good-looking beer with big and long-lasting beige head. Aroma is very great: sweet and roasted malts together with some fruits. Flavour is very roasted, slightly sweet and also lot of hops are found. Quite easy to drink and lot of carbonation that comes lower quite quicly. There are lot of hops and roasted malts, but sweetness balanced roastiness nicely and aroma is absolutely great.

Final beer from last years seasonals! Appearance: Darkbrown with a huge beige lace. Aroma: Chocolate, Caramel, Spices, Yeast, Berries. Flavor: Chocolate, Licorice, Nuts, Roasted malts, Yeast. Palate: Quite thin body but lots of things going on. Quite complex. Heavy carbonation. This is a fine beer to sip on during those cold winternights. Lovely!

Bottle. [Batch #44]. Unclear dark brown color with a huge, frothy, excellent lacing, fully lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, roasted, caramel, chocolate, light to moderate yeasty, pepper, spicy. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter, light light acidic, salty, with a long duration and a very complex taste. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft / lively, (champange sound and beer all over the tabel), finish feel is light alcoholic. (230108)
