Commercial Description:
This beer is our new X-mas beer for the coming season. Milder and less powerful roasty taste than Nissefar. More maltiness from the crystal malts and more fruity taste from lots of aroma hops, incl a hard to describe taste from our secret ingredient.

500ml Bottle- Dark brown with red tinges and a tan head. Fruity and slightly metallic aroma with a very slight hoppiness. Chocolatey, fruity and hoppy taste which is quite nicely balanced and its taste belies its strength.

from crackedkettle.com - pours a very dark brown colour with a fast collapsing beige foam; slightly toasted with notes of chocolate and dried prunes; medium-bodied and quite bitter; long roasted coffeeish finish along with more dried fruits

RB# 2900: 50 cL bottle. Pours hazy and deep amber with tan and collapsing head. Smooth chocolate malt and light roasted aroma. Flavour is quite chocolate smooth, uncomplicated compared to nissefar. Ends smooth into the finish.

Bottle. Hazy dark born colour with a huge creamish mostly diminishing head. Aroma of caramel, softly roasted malt, some chocolate, spice and a bit of dark fruits. Thanks yespr.

Bottle.[Tasting session @ yespr, thanks for a great evening Jesper] Huge thick and light beige head that really lasted. Excellent lacework. Cloudy dark brown colour. Aroma of spice, cardamom, cinnamon, toasted malt, dried fruit. Over the palate liquorish, chocolate and roasted malt. Medium to full bodied with an average carbonation. Moderated sweet flavour with good counter bitterness. Spicy light bitter lingering finish.

Pours a deep red/brown color, with a tan head. A fresh, fruity and spicy aroma with notes of coffee, chocolate and their secret ingredient (heh-heh). Quite crispy mouthfeel, with a long lasting, roasted stout-like aftertaste of chocolate and licorice. Although not the best, Nissemor is still a great brew for those cold winter days, when sitting on the sofa with a blanket wrapped around you.

Dark, huge tan head. Fruity and malty aroma... Flavor has roasted malt, hints of chocolate. Not as overly burnt as some have said. I quite enjoyed this as a winter warmer.
