Commercial Description:
Pale Ale - is a pale, refreshing and aromatic beer with a fine malt profile from our English special malts. Generous use of fresh hops renders a zesty and delightful hoppy aroma and flavour. To be served at 8-10 degrees C. Bottle conditioned - unfiltered and unpasteurised, no artificial carbonation. (Not to be confused with the stronger Haandbryggeriet India Pale Ale.) Bottled. A hazy orange beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet hoppy which gives it notes of both grass and grapefruit, but also with a note of caraway seeds. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of caramel, grass, and grapefruit, leading to a dry and rather bitter end. I find the body thin - maybe due to lack of residual sugars.

(Bottle 50 cl) Slightly hazy, amber golden with a small, off-white head. Fresh, citrusy aroma. Fairly light in body with a subdued caramel malt base before the citrusy hoppiness takes over also leaving a solid bitterness. A decent APA. 130507
