Apr 19, 2007 Beautiful hazy amber color with red shades; creamy head. Peculiar aroma, that can be found sometimes in the Nordic, a bit perfumy, grassy, or flowers from a grassfield…. The flavor is also a bit original; it’s has an elegant malt line, with a flower touch, maybe honey. Correct bitterness. Right.

Apr 16, 2007 Pours brown and orange with an off-white head. Very sweet with a full mouthfeel. Lively carbonation. Also strong flavors of wheat malts and yeast. Tastes a lot like a Belgian Wit. Floral finish with saome dryness. A bit too full, sweet and nauseating.

Apr 8, 2007 500ml bottle. Hazy red/brown body with a nice beige head. Aroma of malt, yeast, citrus and hops. Flavor is rather sweet malty with fruit, citrus and a quite bitter finish. Very harmonic and tasteful with a long and pleasant aftertaste. (Mr. Smith really sucks!)
