Papsoe (10551), Frederiksberg, Denmark Feb 18, 2006 (Bottle 50 cl) Apparently a new and different recipe. Opaque, very dark brown with a deliciously, creamy, cappuchinoish head. Roasted and lightly burned, malty character. Good, full body with plenty of roasted malt and some sweetness. Vague burned accents that don’t leave the usual ashy bitterness. Quite neato. Thanks to Bierkönig for sharing. 160206 Earlier Rating: 8/24/2005 Total Score: 3.3 (Bottle 50 cl) Very dark brown, but not opaque as such. Small, creamy, beige head. Aroma of burned caramel.
