Bottle @<a href=http://www.ratebeer.com/forums/cnudde-ølsmagn target=_new> Cnudde Tasting.. Clear medium amber color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, spicy, odd - difficult to describe. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (290308)

Bottle from trade with yngwie. Batch #102. This bottle might have been a little off. The beer was brown with thin tan foam. In the aroma I got sweet roasted malt, spices, and some funk (like sour expired food). As I let the beer breath that smell went away. In the flavor I got sweet roasted malt with faint hops and spices. Mildly astringent finish.

Thanks to akevitt for sharing. Bottle, batch nr 102. Aroma of malts, spices, and dry, old cheese. Pours a clear brown-orange with thin, tan head. Tart and bitter flavor that is slightly astringent. Medium-bodied with an oily mouthfeel.

Sour milk on the aroma of this brown beer. Harsh astringent taste with a milky finish. Thanks to akevitt.

Sour milk in the aroma. Flavor has some malt, dry, and monastary cheese that has been left out. Thick an full on the palate.

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of Maria. Clear, orangey brown with a beige head. Weird and very unpleasant sewage aroma. Rather thin-bodied with burned, malty accents. Some bitterness. Flawed and unpleasant. 290308

Clear brown with beige head. Sweet fruity aroma with spices, gutter and roasted malt. Flavor goes the same way.

The Fonefan/Brugmansia Cnudde tasting. Thank you Yngwie for this one! Nice, dark copper with a nice head. The aroma has notes of malt and spices, a bit peculiar and difficult to describe. The flavour has sweetness, notes of roasted malt, caramel, light citrus - and IMO, it’s not very harmonic.
