Sour milk in the aroma. Flavor has some malt, dry, and monastary cheese that has been left out. Thick an full on the palate.

Bottle from ICA, Oslo. Pours Clear brown with small beige head. Spicy aroma with red fruits. Spicy taste as well with well balanced tartness. Low carbonation. Proof that a seasonal Christmasbeer can be great in august too!

Bottle, 4.5%, batch#102. Roasted aroma, farty fruitiness, hint of raw liquorice. Hazy dark red colour. Small frothy light brown head. The flavour is quite roasted, hint of fruit. Thin mouthfeel. Dry roasted finish with raw liquorice aftertaste.

Bottle, courtesy Yngwie. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Dark amber colour. Heavy malty and light hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor, strong caramellic and prune notes. Average moderate bitter finish. Watery palate. Nice brown ale.
