Chestnut brown with a thin but lasting white head. Very cheesy and sweet with a little too much carbonation. Nice roasty caramel notes and some faint sourness in the finish. Pours muddy dark brown with an very extreme head leaving nice lacing after 5 minutes. Strong aroma of roasted malt and caramel. Flavor of carnation, wheat and malt. Some bitterness in the end. jbrus (4835), Delft, Netherlands Dec 14, 2008 Bottle@Home. Coffee, black currant, licorice and allspice aroma. Very dark brown, light brown large rocky head, no lace. Light sweet, bitter, coffee, roasted, licorice, light peppery, hint of grass, some fruity sourness. Nice beer but not like any Weizenbock. More a Belgian Imperial Stout.
