Skyview (2921), Papoose Jct., Minnesota, USA Oct 14, 2007 Sampled on draught at the Hacienda Del Sol restaurant in downtown Duluth, MN. Pours a clear copper amber brew with a fast dissolving white head that leaves behind a white ring and a bubbly film, Very good sticky lacing during the dissolve and sampling. Aroma of light bready malt, some fruity pears, grassy hops and a touch of citrus. Taste is medium bodied, lightly carbonated smooth with a good balance of malt and citrus hops. Finish is slightly sweet malty with a light mild bitterness. A pretty decent lager. robertsreality (2462), Minnesota, USA Jul 6, 2005 Deep Dark Gold with White Creamy Head. Sweet Malt. Light Hoppy Ending. Subtle, Clean and Drinkable...Very Appropriate at the Hacienda. badgerben (3160), Blaine, Minnesota, USA May 14, 2005 Dark gold color with a thin head. Aroma reminds me of musty fruit; the kind that’s been sitting on your counter for just a pinch too long. Slightly bitter taste, but it’s hard to pick up any hops, malt, barley... anything. A true session beer. CharlesDarwin (1413), State College, Pennsylvania, USA May 6, 2005 Hazy, slightly cloudy infected urine dark golden pour, with thin crystal white head. Like apple juice. Aroma of faint light malt. Hoppy malt, very thin and lacking any true deeps. Finishes smooth and leaves a nice lingering earthy tone.
