Oct 23, 2009 bottle - Poured a hazy light gold, fizzy-frothy head that disappeared rather quickly. Very yeasty and malty nose could detect only the faintest hint of fruit, almost hidden. I felt something was missing as I tasted, much maltier than most weizen, the fruit is overpowered by the malt.

The color is very cloudy golden bronze, light head very good taste; not quite excellent. Very thick yeast and wheat taste, very good

Oct 20, 2009 I scooped up a bottle of this at the local beer store. Aroma of citrus and clove. Poured a slightly hazy translucent golden color with great lacing and head retention. The flavor, which is the most important part, however wasn’t near as good. Slight notes of banana, yeast, and wheat, but is watered down way too much. This is a decent hefeweizen, and there are way better ones out there.

Oct 14, 2009 Pours a milky-golden color (almost bright orange) with a creamy white head. Decent retention and lacing. Strong citrus aroma with a hint of bubble-gum and spice.
Unfortunately, the taste didn’t "sing" and was fairly unremarkable. Decent mouthfeel, with a slightly spicy finish.

Oct 14, 2009 500mL bottle - pours an opaque golden/orange colour with a quickly-dissipating bubbly head. Aroma is lemon, banana and yeast. Taste is similar, with a solid spice. Very clean and easy to drink. Great wheat beer.

Oct 9, 2009 500ml Bottle. 5.5%. Pours a hazy, golden orange colour with a frothy, bubbly white head that fades fairly quickly to a foamy ring. Aroma is lemon, banana, and a yeasty kick. Taste is very much a bready, banana flavour with a very spicy hint in the mouthfeel, coriander for sure, maybe mild ginger. Mouthfeel is clean and superb however. Delicious.
