Great name .....Poured a dark reddy hazy brown colour with a small off white head. Raisin, cherry, dark chocolate aroma. Thick mouthfeel ; sticky sweet, flavour had roasted malt and hop elements. Aroma of lots of malt, nice toastiness, caramel and dark fruity notes as well as a bit of alcohol. Sweet flavor with a big caramelly malt character and some faint roasty hints. Medium to full-bodied. A hearty, well-made, Doppelbock.
