Nov 14, 2006 Bottle. I nice beer i thought. Some nice, lightly sweet bready malt nootes and some grassy hops in the finish. Very well balanced and very drinkable kellerbier. Crisp, refreshing.

Oct 12, 2006 Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Lightly hazy deep golden, airy head. Grassy nose. Dryish with medium body and crusp mouthfeel. Bready and lightly raisiny, reasonably hoppy. Finishes with medium bitterness. Not as full of life as some of the Franconian stuff.

Sep 4, 2006 Kook’s Farewell Gathering. Soft, light and creamy. Refreshing. There’s a lack of depth and interest, but the beer is pleasantly thirst-quenching and drinkable. More flavour and character added to the drinkability would have made this very nice.

Jun 20, 2006 Swing/top bottle. Hazy golden-orange pour with a lacing white head. Musty nose with yeast, maltiness, and citrus. Tastes the same. Dusty, a little chalkiness, a little natural flower, but these qualities are subdued. A restrained permeating sweetness, and, unfortunately, no real notes of cellar. Smooth, thick, crisp. Very dry, chalky finish. Very nice!
