500mL flip top bottle, bottled on 09/08, poured into a white wine glass. Pours with a hazy straw color and a medium head that fades slowly. Aroma is light honey and white bread. sweetness. Some lagered fruitiness mixing with all this. Taste is thicker with some white bread sweetness with a much thicker lagered sweetness and a light floral finish. Overall really seems to represent the unfiltered aspects of the beer. Surprised by the beer and happy to have tried it.

Bottled. Cloudy amber color that start with a nice white head but goes fast. Aroma is sweety, nothing special, notes of Honey and malt. Flavor is quite dry, with a sweet touch and quite watery, some notes of barley and maybe yeast. Mouthfeel is dry with some cereal notes.

Hazy blonde color. Slightly malty, honey nose. Mouth is sweetish with honey, yeast, bready, while hops are pretty minimumal. Good depth. Dry malty finish. I am surprised it tasted so good half way across the world out of a bottle. Nice.

Hazy golden-amber body with a nice white lacing head. Moderated and delicious aroma of bready malt, fine bottom yeast, some spicey honey. Smooth mouthfeel, fine texture with a nice yeast and malt flavor. Moderated hop in the end. Fine grainy-bitter aftertaste. Well balanced, fine!

50cl swingtop - pours a hazy straw color, with a frothy, lasting head - aroma of yeast, bread dough, honey, light tartness, a tiny bit of stale hops, earthiness - creamy mouthfeel - the flavor is quite bready, with some honey sweetness through the middle, followed by on almost wheaty tang, orange notes - grassy, herbal bitterness arrives late, but remains mellow - quite yeasty and earthy - it’s got that nice subtle complexity I like in this style - long bready finish, with a little bit of flowery hops sticking to it - smooth and easy-drinking - at 2.99 a bottle, I’ll be stocking up.

Hazy Golden with a very german head. Yeasty and sweet along the lines of honey. Definite limey honey notes with white bread and a great tingle from the taut bubbles. Very fresh and smooth with grassy greeness. Honeyed aftertaste, very pleasant.
