Oct 12, 2006 Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Lightly hazy deep golden, airy head. Grassy nose. Dryish with medium body and crusp mouthfeel. Bready and lightly raisiny, reasonably hoppy. Finishes with medium bitterness. Not as full of life as some of the Franconian stuff.

Aroma is light moderate malty, grain, light dusty nutty, light hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate to lgiht heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity.
