A clay colored beer with an off-white head. The aroma is sweet and hoppy, while the flavor is sweet with notes of honey, flowers, and hops, that gives it a dry bitter end. An OK hop is used here.

(Bottle 50 cl) Hazy, very orangey amber - almost no head. Malty, with a lightly tart, citrusy nose. Malty body with notes of yeast. Very discreet, dry hops in the finish. 100805

Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Lightly hazy deep golden, airy head. Grassy nose. Dryish with medium body and crusp mouthfeel. Bready and lightly raisiny, reasonably hoppy. Finishes with medium bitterness. Not as full of life as some of the Franconian stuff.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a fully collapsing white head. Mild fruity hops aroma and mild orange citric note. Fruity and sweet malty flavour. Shows some yeast mixed with the sweet malt flavours. Ends mild spiced to herbal with a vague bitterness.

Bottle. Slightly farty aroma. Almost clear, golden colour. Small white head. Flavour is spicy, reminding me of Belgian yeast. Notes of clove. Slightly sweet. OK mouthfeel.

Bottled. HAzy orange colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is wet old cellar, with malts and slight hops. Flavour is grassy, eartthy and malty. Slight hoppiness in finish. Not too exciting though...
