This draft brew from our hotel in Garmisch-Partenkirchen Germany poured a medium sized head of foamy finely sized off-white colored long lasting bubbles that left behind a carbonated cloudy dark brown colored body. The aroma was a dark malt yeasty one and the mouth feel was smooth initially with a slight tingle and a thick lingering yeasty finish. The flavor contained notes of dark malts yeasty and was somewhat flat after a few minutes. dirkules (613), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

It’s burgundy, and bubbly with a nice floral ester sweet flavour and a smooth palate -- as with all the pschorr’s... but it’s nothing spectacular. Full bodied and watery really. Still prefer the hefe to this! Murphy (1759), Fort Collins, Colorado, USA

Nice full body with good malty notes and some estery sweetness. Hints of wheat peeking through. GeniusGirl (221), Boston, Massachusetts, USA
