Nov 7, 2003 Dark brown color, very large head and tons of lace. Aroma is a very nice combo of yeast and chocolaty malt. Flavor is chocolaty malts with hints of yeast and banana. Finish is slightly citrusy and sour. The flavor is a little weak.

Nov 7, 2003 Nice banana and clover aroma and flavor which carries throughout this brew. Good balance of wheat flavor. The way a German Weizen should be.

Nov 1, 2003 Aroma is candy and bananas. Appearance is a dark amber color. Flavor is wheat, bananas, and grapes. Its has a rather spicy taste as well. Overall this is ok and not as complex or flavorful as I like.

Oct 29, 2003 Nice dark wheat with a soft creamy head. Unfortunately, I was eating a meal with this one. I'll definately have this one again in a meal of its own!

Oct 21, 2003 Pours brown with a medium tan head. Nose is a spicy malt with wheat and yeast characteristics. The taste is slong the same lines but there is a fruit taste coming through. Maybe banana mixed with citrus. Finishes very well with some more of the maltiness coming out. Great beer!

Oct 20, 2003 Better than the regular. Same cloudy orange but a different shade. Much darker brown. No head though on this one. Smells the same as the other except a bit nutty. The lemon flavor is evident but the little floral nuttiness comes through. Smooth and easily drinkable.

Oct 19, 2003 Updated: Jan 1, 2004Apple cider appearance with some head and lacing. Good banana esters coming through and lingering well after the swallow. Sweet aroma of banana and yeast. Decent enough !
