Wheat, bananas and cloves, cloudy brown, huge wheat sheaf head. Bananas and malt flavours? Medium bodied. A good beer, but I like the Hefe weisse a bit more.

Oh sweet caramel and root vegetables, remind me of Eastern earthy soils - take me back to buttered bread and turnips and nuts; creamy, delightful, and with a minimal hop close. Darn good, slightly more crisp and voila, and I'd have my name all over this one!

pours with a big vanilla head, the nose runs wild with citrus and roasted flavors of fruit, it looks like dirty dish water, incredibly brown and mirky. It has a pleasantly creamy mouth feel with a slighty hop-bitter finish, the flavor is complicated, I taste apple, banana and hints of spices that I can't put my finger on. Though I'm not very familliar with the style at all, I would say that this is worth trying. It's mysterious flavor may lead me to purchase another pint.

Hazy orange/brown in color with a tall style type light beige head. Aroma of cocoa wheat with a hint of bananas. Malty and yeasty in flavor with a touch of tartness. A mid level dunkle weiss.

I'm not a big fan of "Dunkel" beers buit this one was very good. It had a very pleasant carmely, roasted, spiced flavor. I think my favorite "Dunkel-Weisse" beer is Ayinger's Ur-Weisse. I would drink this stuff anytime.

A cloudy maple syrup color with a large creamy off white head. At first there is a slight oak or perhaps a roasted wheat aroma, whichever, it gives a very pleasing charred smell. Upon further warming more traditional wheat aromas bloom: yeast and spices. Taste is a roasted wheat very subtle yeast, crisp fruit with an ever present roasted taste. No bitterness.

It pours orangish brown with a finely carbonated head. tart citrus aroma. Sour palate, and definate taste of roasted wheat and, I don't know, rye? much tarter than most dark wheats and doesn't have an overpowering sweetness. I kinda liked it.
