I’m surprised that I’m not the only one who thought it tastes like corn pops cereal. Not all that great. Holdwine (909), Beertimore, Maryland, USA

Giner ale flat, slight skunnkiness and metallic taste. Barely above the macrobeer level. Nothing going on. Slacks (488), Bolton, Ontario, Canada

Poured thin and briefly with head.. very briefly. Aroma of corn, grain, and a slight bit of lemon. Flavour comes through strong in cereal and corn, like corn pops cereal. Touch of lemon, some malt, and well-hidden hops that only come through in the aftertaste. Not my style of beer, and the high percentile surprises me. I’m only 3/4 done and I wish it was over. I did not experience a creamy head...it was thin. Some malt and yeast qualites peeking through the straw colored brew. Fine to drink, a clean finish. Quixote18 (230), Johnson City, Tennessee, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Sep 1, 2006 Bottled. Had a short lasting white head with a deep golden body. Weak, grainy malts with some muted hops in the aroma. The flavor had a little more oomph, with some rich, dough-like malts and an herbal hoppy finish. Quevillon (1539), Sainte-Thérèse, Quebec, Canada

Appears a pale light straw colored gold. A tiny white head quickly fades out into a tiny bubbly cap. Spotty lacing is left around the glass.
Smell is of doughy yeast, corn adjunct, light malt...kind of like cornbread. Not bad but not really what I want in a beer.
Taste is of the same aromas with a light malt and mild vegetal, corn-like taste that isn’t overly appealing.
Mouthfeel is a bit overly carbonated, medium bodied, settling dead in the middle of the tongue.
This is a crowd beer that I’m not very fond of. Too much of a corn taste that lingers along the tongue and makes me want to get a different brew asap
