Light, metallic, watery. Bit of hops in there.

Very very nice. Whatever strange "edel-" ness this is, I love it. Reminds me of Edelweiss beer I had in Salzburg. Is this some kind of subvariety of beer? Delicious, flowers and bubbles taste.

Poured yellowish golden with a small white head. Descent sparkle in the glass. Aroma was not real strong but had citrus, some courant and bready malts. Taste was pleasant in that it was creamy and malty. Some lemon and lime in it for sure. I agree that it was somewhat metallic. Overall the Burgerbrau example blew this away but still this was a good session beer. The Victory Throwback Lager is quite similar.

Pours honey-gold with a smallish white head. Not much aroma, mostly bread and malts. Surprisingly flavorful--like a pilsner but with bready malts taking the place of the hops. Fairly creamy. Could drink a lot of these in one sitting.

This beer is very average. Nothing special. A classic German helles. Slightly metallic and watery. Hops are hidden which I find unfortunate.

500 ml bottle. Very pale golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma is of pale malt, a little bready. Flavour is bready, a bit metallic and sour. Flavour is grainy with light noble hops. Not all that spectacular.

On tap at the Edel Haus resteraunt in Madison, Wi. 1liter version as after the first 1/2 liter I found that my ratings were going to hell real quick. An interesting note, at the resteraunt the table next to me was passing the glass boot around and somehow I got to try the"boot", None of these guys remember what the hell they ordered so I probably am missing a new rating. Anyways, I’m babbling but the beer was golden in color and very little head. A fruit palate and very little aftertaste.
