Another one of those unusual beers I can only find at the Emisfero shopping mall in Monfalcone, so let me thank them for their effort in bringing different beers to the public: KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, GUYS! Surprisingly light straw body, good white head, no lace. Standard lager aroma with traces of biscuits and grass.Taste is refreshing and crisp as you can expect, with a good balance between the initial maltiness and a dry, slightly acidic finish. Light to medium on the palate, but this is good since it just makes it more drinkable. A nice beer in its style, especially because of the decent hoppy character in the finish, which many other Hellesbier lack.

(Bottle) Pours a clear pale yellow with a large soft white frothy head. Aroma of straw, wet grass, and florals. Flavors of grain, light hops, and lightly sweetened malt. Good fresh beer to sit down with on a hot summer’s day.

On tap. Poured a light yellow with almost no head. Aroma and tastes of light hops with fruity undertones. Did not strike me as anything special. Fizzy body. Maybe I just don’t appreciate this style of beer...

It is hard for me to be disappointed in any beer in this style...I guess I just don’t expect a whole lot...yellow and fizzy...a little malty but more fresh lawn clipping than anything else...not a whole lot going on here...higher alcohol content than I would’ve thought though...

On tap, Beer Bistro. Golden colour, fizzy white head. Grassy notes in aroma. Crisp mouthfeel. Quenching, but rather bland - I really didn’t get much at all out of the flavour profile. Dry finish. Disappointing.

Pours clear gold with a tall, small beaded head. Soft aroma of grass, hop grain. Mild burnt notes and nutty toast. Some wood. Sweet and hoppy florals come out. Some honey. Crisp and clean. Dry finish.

Another solid "4" beer. 12 oz. brown, longneck bottle. Best before date of 02/05 on the bottom right front label. Still kind of fresh anyway. Poured out a brilliant golden yellow color, with a super fast fading, white head. Aromas are of sweet Timothy hay, fresh malts, slight pineapple, fruity esters, and a slight amount of yeast. Tastes are of sweet malts, some pineapple, fruity esters, like fresh tropical fruits, slight hops bite in the middle, followed by more malts. Decent, medium mouthfeel. Crisp, clean, and very well made. My first beer from Hacker-Pschorr was not a disappointment.

Bottle. Yellow color with lots of rising bubbles and a laced white head. Musty lager aroma with floral hops. Smooth and refreshing without a lot of flavor.
