Jun 21, 2004 The aroma is fresh honey with a light floral hops. The appearance is like a light clover honey, clear and heady. The honey also comes through in the flavor where it is joined with a light sweetness and buttery perfumes. Overall, I found this to be a very enjoyable Edelhell with plenty of flavor and grace, given the style.

May 27, 2004 Very light golden, almost straw color with a medium sized creamy head. The bubbles in it make the beer look like Champagne. Aroma of must and slight malts. More of that in the taste along with some bitterness. Seemed dry to me. Not quite what I would drink as a refreshing summertime beverage, but a nice offering from Hacker-Pschorr.
