Sep 28, 2003 Medium golden color with a minimal head and fair lacing. Malty and fruity aroma, apricots. This beer was fairly sweet and malty up front, and then turned drier and a little acidic towards the finish with a slight bitterness at the end.

Sep 20, 2003 Clear golden yellow color. A malty somehwat floral aroma. Delectively balanced with a sweet mouthfeel. A nice crisp clean palate. Overall a nice drinkable beer.

Sep 16, 2003 Clear, light golden lager with a small, creamy, white head.
The aroma is of honey, light skunk ass and wonder bread.
Balanced flavor, but bland. A touch of honey and fruit.
Light-bodied with a fizzy mouthfeel. Mercifully short, crisp finish.
Not a beer to go out of your way for. However, mine was definitely lightstruck which negatively affected my rating.

Aug 7, 2003 On tap at Der Steinkeller. A light, straw colored Helles. The aroma and flavor are dominated by sweet but light malts. Smooth and refreshing. Would make a good mast!
