Light, clean fruity malty peppery aroma. Dry-sweet peppery malty taste with fruity herbal notes. Light, incredibly clean, and refreshing. Light acidity. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dry earthy peas and malts aftertaste. Very light all the way through with faint minty notes. Very, very good. (0.2l cask at der Pschorr, München.) moseslikesbeer (183), conestoga, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Apr 1, 2008 aroma of bananas and maybe coriander. very thin white head, hazy gold body with lots of carbonation. good lacing. This kind of reminds me of a pale lager and a wheat beer and I like it! If it wasn’t for the fact that it reminds me of a wheat or white I would say it’s a bland pale lager but as I say it’s a bit more. Very easy to drink has a bit of a dry finish. I would try this again. I’m more of a dark beer and a bitter fan but this stuff has won me over. fogducker (12), Alberta, Canada

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 3, 2008 500 ml bottle - pours very clear gold with almost a greenish tint; good, thick white head. Aroma crisp and sweet, a bit of skunk, but definitely not as much as some other Euro-lagers I’ve had. There’s a nice mild bready aroma under that though, which makes me think this would smell superb fresh, on tap. Nice hop balance in the nose as well. Smooth and grainy in the mouth, with a finish that verges on cloying, but doesn’t quite go there. Full-bodied and thick. This is a beer that is meant to be served up much like the label shows, but a trip to Munich is a bit out of my price range and the bottle was under three bucks, so for now, the bottle it is. Brilliant gold pour with a decent white head. The nose is dominated by citrusy hops, with some grass notes as well. Taste is very malty for what the nose led me to beleive, but this then leads into a nice crisp malt finish. Very nice from start to finish, a full mouthfeel and a great lingering hop taste. Not a bad beer at all!
