Draft at some "Irish" bar in Bloomington, IN. Pours a hazy orange yellow with a white head. Strong banana clove esters. Medium to light bodied with a nice refreshing mouth feel. Flavor of wheat malts, orange, banana, and clove. Yeasty finish with a slight tang. Typical hefe, but rock solid.

Bottle- Tatar’s. Happy Memorial Day. Crisp, tart, good wheat, banana notes. Rich flavor- nice beer. Liked a bit better than the Franziskaner from the other day.

My favorite beer, hands down. Beautiful coloring with a remarkable flavor. I’m still new to the tasting lingo.

50 cl bottle in hacker glass. Pours a cloudy orange with a beautiful soapy white head that lasts forever. Aroma of wheat, bread, yeast, clove, and banana hints. Flavor is smooth with dark wheat maltiness, and a nice spice, banana finish. Mouthfeel is creamy and refreshing. One of my favorite hefes.

Pours beautifully with a rocky meringue-like head, and very cloudy off-golden color down below. Nose is assertive like fresh bread right out of the oven with pleasant esters, banana, and light clove. Palate is wheat malt focused for sure, moreso than most Weissbiers that I’m accustomed to lately. Easy drinking.

12 oz bottle. Pours hazy copper in color with a creamy white head. Smells of wheat, banana, and seosoning. Tastes of banana, coriander, wheat, and nice hop balance. Nice mouthfeel and texture. Pretty nice stuff.
