Sep 19, 2009 500ml bottle poured into a Weizen glass. Poured a cloudy deep gold-orange color with a puffy 2" head which slowly dissipated. Very good lacing. Looks very appealing. Aroma of bananas, sugar and fresh baked bread with a little spice & citrus in the background. Flavor of malt sweetness, some citrus sourness, a bit of spiciness and a hint of hop bitterness. Good balance of flavors. Mouthfeel os smooth & creamy with tangy carbonation. Very drinkable and quite satisfying. One of my favorite Hefeweizens.

Sep 17, 2009 Bottle. Pours an opaque honey color with a pretty decent off-white head. Aromas of clove, banana, and malts and similar taste. A hint of bitterness on the finish. Medium bodied. An enjoyable brew.

Sep 16, 2009 Excellent nose. Nice fruity spiciness that blends in harmony with the subtle malt character. The flavor is nearly identical to the nose. Simply splendid.

Sep 15, 2009 Bottle. 12 oz. Pours light yellowish gold, with a thick white head. Aroma of wheat, hay, and citrus. Body is medium, with a decent finish, Interesting brew.

Sep 14, 2009 Bottle, Carringtons, Chorlton. Poured a slightly hazy darkish yellow colour with a large dissipating rocky head. Aroma as anticipated was wheat, yeast, banana and a touch of clove. Clean, gently sweet flavour with more of the same elements of the aroma and some restrained spice and citrus . A very tidy exponent of the genre.

Sep 13, 2009 Bottle. Pours a hazy orangey-gold. Small frothy head. Sharp, heavily citrus aroma. Carbonated citrus that disappears a little quickly. A bit of hops and barley at the start, but not really present throughout. Mainly citrus, orange, coriander, and a touch of spice. Missing the banana hint I like to find. Not bad, though it seems a little one (er, two?) dimensional for my taste in hefeweizens. Pretty disappointing to me.

Sep 13, 2009 Bottle. Pours a golden brownish hazy color. Pleasant aroma of citrus and barley. Tastes of citrus and some hints of barley and wheat. Good beer. Recommended.

Sep 3, 2009 Poured into a hazy golden brown beer with somewhat of a thick head. Aromas a yeast and wheat were prominent. The initial flavor was excellent with refreshing orange zest taste. The ending is a little disaapointing though, lack taste and bitterness.
