Aug 8, 2009 This pours not as cloudy as most wheats, but still maintains a nice hazy sunset color. It has a strong, but pure wheat flavor in the German tradition of weisse beers.

Aug 8, 2009 Hazy gold, huge fluffy head that never dies. Nose of bananas, bread, citrus, clove, fresh. very good flavours, not too sweet, not too bitter, same as aroma, balances very nicely. This is a delicious beer.

Aug 8, 2009 Radegast: weizen: My first go at a German Hefe... pours very heavy dirty yellow leaving a thick dry head. The nose is of bananas and cloves, expected. The flavor had more bitters and sourness than I expected, balanced by the usual wheats, bananas and cloves. Nice.

Aug 7, 2009 I really liked this one, perhaps the finest German wheat beer I’ve yet had. From the hazy, almost orange colour, the abundant head, and the complex and intriguing aroma, this can’t wait to be drunk. I found the taste phenominal. So delicate, almost sweet, yet smooth and refreshing. Delicious.

Aug 3, 2009 Clouded mustard gold. No light gets through yet it’s light in body. Nice banana profile. Bit of a spicy kick, with some fruity elements. Not bad but something about this keeps it from excelling.

Aug 1, 2009 "Smell of wheat and some spices. Pour is a thick cloudy orange/yellow with abig thick head. Flavor of banana and spice with wheat at the end. A very enjoyable beer!"

Jul 31, 2009 500 ml produced 01/09. Looks like a hefe should, hazy with fluffy head. Light touch on the carbonation. Not too light in body. Slightly fruity taste, with spicy bite to it. A little bubblegum or banana at the end, but not too much. One of the better hefes.
