Overall Impression:
This is a pretty tasty Hefe, they did a nice job here of meshing the flavors together, and this one drinks really nicely as well. Listigovers (101), Ontario, Canada
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 10/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 27, 2009 I will forever compare any weissbier to Denisons, which is sad, because none will ever match it. This is the beer that has came closest. The palate is GREAT! It rolls your tongue like a great weiss does, but doesn’t contain the depth of flavour that a brew such as denison’s does. mike67 (78), , New Jersey, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jun 21, 2009 Bottle. Hazy golden with a nice head. Nose is dominated by banana with hints of citrus and cloves. Flavor is also banana, citrus and yeast. I’ve never tried this beer before, because I’m not a big fan of wheats.
But I was really impressed by this one.

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 18, 2009 Pours cloudy yellow orange with a foamy white head. Sour funky yeast and wheat aroma. Taste is muted wheat, and funky tart yeast. I think the bottle is old. Vertical Bacon Strips (889), Edmonton, Alberta, Canada
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 18, 2009 Poured out a coudy hazy orange brown brew with lots of thick white head, good retention with some messy lacing. The aroma is dry with well defined wheat smell, warm bananas and some spice (cloves? nutmeg? I dunno). I was suprised to find a chocolate / biscuit malt taste with some soft, light banana, wheat and the same spice that is found in the aroma. The mouthfeel is smooth and drying with appealing bitterness, I can also notice the alcohol when I breate in deep. A nice beer indeed. Diogène (558), Gatineau, Quebec, Canada

Aroma is bready with banana esters, cloves and yeast. Very classic Hefeweizen aroma. Flavor is also bready with banaa, yeast and cloves, but very slightly metallic. Medium body with fizzy carbonation.
