Aroma is fresh bread, bananas, citrus and clove. Flavor is bananas and lighter citrus with a wheaty twang, vanilla, and clove. Mouthfeel is a little thinner than the best hefeweizens. Nice depth, easy to drink. Good beer.

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Dec 28, 2009 Pours a hazy orange (apricot) colour white a frothy with head. The aroma is a little malty with a bit of yeast and some fruitiness, banana mostly. In the taste there is also some banana and there are herbs and spice too, it is more sweet than anything. This beer feels thick on the palate and has an abrupt finish which is actually quite nice. Overall a very good beer. troopie (910), USA
